1. Feature
City water, sometimes treated with ultra-violet light is atomized by a high pressure pump. After a series of pre-filters and filter passage, water is pumped into specialized customer making nozzles to a fine droplet of 10 micron.

2. Environmental Cooling
With the same water source from the above, outdoor mist and fog system provide effective cooling and add landmark feature to areas such as restaurants, theme parks, hotels and resorts, spectator arenas, tennis courts, golf facilities, boats, fountains, waterfalls and patios etc.
By using higher pressure (1000 psi), atomizing the water droplets to a size as small as 10 microns (10 millionths of a meter) in diameter is possible. At this level, flash evaporation occurs reducing the ambient temperature. This process known as "Thermal Dynamics" is effective because water requires energy (600 calories of heat to evaporate 1 gram of water) to evaporate. This energy exchange results in reduced temperature.
Cooling with a fog system has been applied in the cattle and poultry industries. In both cases, effective cooling systems can dramatically improve the overall operation. The flash evaporation achieved with a fog system cools without excessive moisture thereby eliminating infections and unsanitary conditions associated with other less effective cooling systems.
Pre-cooling
When used to pre-cool air intake for large industrial air conditioners and evaporative coolers, performance of the existing unit can be enhanced while reducing the cost of operation.
3. Humidification
Humidification can be applied to certain fields such as :
- Wine storage
- Paper manufacturing
- Wood working
- Textiles
4. Odor Control and Dust Suppression
An all natural odor neutralizing agent is injected into the fog systems inlet water supply. The odor neutralizing droplets produced by the system instantly adds and permanently destroys odorous compounds present in the air upon contact.
Moreover, fog produced by our system is very fine and has a low water volume. This is adopted in dust suppression. The fog attaches itself to fugitive dust causing dramatic suppression rates without any wetting of the processed material.
5. Greenhouse
Fog and mist system have been used for decades in greenhouse humidification and they can be used year round. This will promote health and productivity within the greenhouse. They contribute significantly to the growth process whether used for seed germination, organic propagation, or tissue culturing. They are ideal for bedding plants, vegetables, flowers or tree seedlings.
